DSP-RTL1200Single temperature rotary tube furnace

This rotary tube furnace can rotate 360 degrees, with quartz baffles on the inner wall of the tube to help the powder flip and sinter more evenly. One end of the furnace body is equipped with a hinge, and the other end is equipped with a lifting support rod, which can be tilted at a large angle for easy discharge. The furnace uses a resistance wire (Canthal A1, Sweden) as the heating element, adopts a double-layer shell structure and a 30 stage program-controlled temperature control system, phase-shifting trigger and thyristor control. The furnace is made of alumina polycrystalline fiber material, which has the advantages of temperature field balance, low surface temperature, fast temperature rise and fall rate, energy saving, etc. It is suitable for universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises to sinter battery positive and negative materials (such as LiFePO4/LiMnO4/Li (NiCoMn) O4 negative carbon, etc.). 1、 Technical features:

1Software control system (optional):The furnace is equipped with communication interfaces and software, which can directly control various parameters of the furnace through a computer, and observe the PV and SV temperature values and instrument operation on the furnace from the computer. The actual heating curve of the furnace will be drawn in real time by the computer, and the temperature data at each moment can be saved and retrieved at any time.

2Open lid protection system:The furnace is equipped with a travel switch, which automatically cuts off the power when the furnace cover is opened, effectively ensuring the safety of the user.

3Sealing system:The furnace tube and flange are sealed with silicone O-ring extrusion, which is easy to remove and can be repeatedly removed. It has good air tightness and can ensure that the pressure gauge pointer does not deflect for 12 hours.

4Vacuum system (optional):Can be equipped with TW-1.5A vacuum pump or VRD-8 vacuum pump

5Furnace material:Using furnace materials imported from Japan, it does not shed powder, has good insulation performance, high reflectivity, balanced temperature field, and strong resistance to thermal expansion and contraction.

7Leakage protection function:The furnace is equipped with a leakage air switch, which automatically cuts off power when the furnace body leaks electricity to ensure safety during use.

8Gas supply system (optional):The furnace is equipped with a float flowmeter, and customers can control the gas flow rate through the float flowmeter or proton flowmeter (please refer to the options for details).

7. Control method

A、 The 30 segment program temperature control can only be adjusted by PID.

B、 Equipped with over temperature protection and thermocouple breaking protection, the heating circuit of the electric furnace will automatically cut off in case of over temperature or thermocouple breaking (when the temperature of the electric furnace exceeds 1200 degrees or the thermocouple burns out, the AC relay on the main circuit will automatically disconnect, the main circuit will be disconnected, the ON light on the panel will turn off, and the OFF light will turn on, providing limited protection for the electric furnace).
